SERVICE FEE STRUCTURE
DELIVERY CHARGE
Lewis Paper has a minimum delivery charge of $10 on orders totaling less than $100. Orders delivered outside of our regular delivery routes may require a dollar amount higher than $100. Direct shipments, UPS shipments, non-stock and/or special orders are subject to freight and/or handling charges where applicable.
CUSTOM CUTTING
We will “custom cut” any order over 40 square inches. Please see our cutting schedule below for details.
CUTTING SCHEDULE
Billing and Rates
All cutting and converting charges will be billed as a separate line item on the invoice in addition to the price of the full-size sheets. Special or custom cutting or wrapping will be charged according to the time spent at $22.00 per hour. We will not cut any paper stock to less than 40 square inches. All sales are final on special-cut stock. Any cut job needed for next day availability must be arranged with Customer Service and placed prior to 2 p.m.
