Lewis Paper's Adopt-A-Highway Green Initiative
Part of the Lewis Paper “Go Green” initiatives for 2009 is the Wheeling, IL Adopt-A-Highway program. As a business that has been in Wheeling for over 27 years they were happy to give back to the community by being a part of the solution. The following article appeared in the August 3rd edition of the Lake County Focus Daily Herald.
“The employees of Lewis Paper are very passionate about caring for planet earth and recycle everything possible, both business and personal items at the 8 Distribution Centers and the Corporate Office. These are just a couple of the many initiatives they have in place now,” said Tom Clarkson, Vice President. Lewis Paper is proud to announce our new partnership with Nekoosa Coated Products, our new supplier for carbonless products. 
Formerly known as Imation, the carbonless family of products that Nekoosa offers is the best in the industry. Lewis Paper is committed to aligning itself with suppliers that can bring the most value to our customers. After evaluating the market closely we have determined the Nekoosa carbonless products, coupled with their portfolio of specialty substrates, is the right choice for the future.
Full conversion to the Nekoosa carbonless products will begin May 4, 2009. We are confident you will be impressed with the performance of this high quality product and will fully support you during this transition period with trial product, free adhesive and conversion incentives in the form of Visa gift cards. We will be calling on you during the course of the week to introduce you to this product and communicate the specific incentives, including the “Nekoosa Bucks” program that comes with every carton you order.
